The growth of e-commerce is driving global demand for flexible and convenient last-mile delivery solutions. As a result, parcel deliveries have become a key driver of industry growth, with both domestic and international online shoppers increasingly choosing parcel lockers over home courier delivery.
Committed to delivering a premium customer experience, Latvijas Pasts operates the largest parcel locker network in Latvia. The network provides convenient shipping and receiving services through 440 parcel lockers, including in regional and border areas where the company is the sole service provider in nearly 40 locations. Together with its partners, Latvijas Pasts offers access to approximately 1,000 parcel lockers across the Baltics and is continuing to expand its network in Latvia while establishing operations in Estonia and Lithuania.
Since 2025, Latvijas Pasts has modernized 40% of its customer service locations, launched a new digital platform and self-service portal for private customers, and made significant investments in automation.
Through efficient customs, logistics, and sorting processes, combined with advanced data exchange capabilities, Latvijas Pasts has earned the trust of major Asian e-commerce partners and secured regular cargo flights to Riga. The company manages customs clearance and shipment processing in Riga before preparing parcels for onward delivery across Central and Northern Europe, working closely with the National Customs Board of the State Revenue Service and RIX Riga Airport.
By expanding its operations across the Baltics, Latvijas Pasts is strengthening its position in multiple markets while offering customers access to new parcel delivery destinations. In 2026, the company established its subsidiaries, Pasts OÜ and Pasts UAB, as part of its strategy to create a unified delivery infrastructure across the region and enhance the export opportunities available to Latvian businesses.
